The Medina kitchen runs the April 2026 main card: starters, burgers and jumbo wings in nineteen house sauces and four dry rubs. Open 10am to 2:30am daily.

One printed card, shared with Waterloo Road and no one else — and four sauces on it that the Manchester Road kitchen does not stock.

This kitchen cooks from the April 2026 main card. Waterloo Road prints the same one. Manchester Road and Pearl Road each print something different, which is why a sauce you had at one Johnny J's is not guaranteed at another.
Starters lean toward things a table can pull apart: Reuben Rolls at $10.99 built on house-made corned beef with sauerkraut, Swiss and Thousand Island; Loaded Pub Fries or Tots at $9.99; Mile High Nachos at $13.99 with grilled chicken or chili. A Bavarian Pretzel arrives with queso, honey mustard and stadium mustard, and the Gouda Mac & Cheese Bites come fried with bacon and chipotle ranch.
Burgers and handhelds sit at $14.99 for the most part. The Dublin Burger carries pepper jack, bacon, grilled mushrooms and onions with hot sauce. The Paddy Melt goes onto marbled rye with grilled onions, Swiss and Thousand Island. The Hangover Burger adds an over-easy egg, tots, bacon, boom boom and Swiss. Build Your Own is $13.99 and lets you pick the cheese, sauce and toppings yourself.
Wings are the reason most people open this page. Traditional runs 6 for 9.99, 12 for 17.99 and 18 for 25.99; boneless runs 6 for 8.99, 12 for 15.99 and 18 for 22.99. The sauce board is nineteen deep — Mild, Hot, Buffalo Cajun, Hot Garlic, Habanero Mango, Spicy Thai Chili, Mike's Hot Honey, Caribbean Jerk, Teriyaki, BBQ, Honey BBQ, Garlic, Creamy Garlic Parmesan, Honey Mustard, Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Buffalo Ranch, Johnny J's Secret and Scorpion — with four dry rubs behind it in Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Mesquite BBQ.
Four of those are worth naming twice, because they are the difference between this card and the one at the lakes: Mike's Hot Honey, Caribbean Jerk, Creamy Garlic Parmesan and the Mesquite BBQ rub are printed here and not there. The wings page takes the board apart in more detail.
Lunch is its own window, 11:30am to 2pm on weekdays, with create-your-own combos. Weekend brunch is 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday and stops half an hour before a major game. Everything on the daily board — described in full on the specials page — is dine-in, wants a drink bought with it, and does not travel in a to-go container.
Collection is through this room's Toast page, which is not the same page as the other three pubs use. Uber Eats and DoorDash both list this address. There is no reservation product; the Reservations button is the Toast link. Catering wants a week's notice and groups book through the parties page.
The card is available whenever the kitchen is, which is ten in the morning until two the following morning, every day. The venue itself holds another half hour beyond that.

If you want the shorter, cheaper version of this food, the Portage Lakes card prices a good part of it a dollar lower and adds a Big Dip Burger that exists nowhere else. Strongsville prints its own April 2026 card again.
