The Strongsville kitchen prints its own April 2026 card: starters, burgers, and jumbo wings in nineteen house sauces and four dry rubs.

A separate printed card for this kitchen — and a deliberate decision not to pad this page with dishes nobody can confirm are on it.

This room prints its own April 2026 main card. Medina and Waterloo Road share a different one; Manchester Road prints a third. The wing board here matches the shared card at nineteen sauces and four rubs.
Shareables open things: Reuben Rolls at $10.99 on house-made corned beef with sauerkraut, Swiss and Thousand Island; Loaded Pub Fries or Tots at $9.99 under nacho cheese, bacon and green onion; Mile High Nachos at $13.99 with grilled chicken or chili; Gouda Mac and Cheese Bites at $10.99, fried, with bacon and chipotle ranch; Buffalo Chicken Dip at $11.99 with tortilla or pita chips; a Bavarian Pretzel at $11.99 with queso and two mustards; and a Blackened Quesadilla at $12.99 with cheddar jack, grilled chicken and peppers.
The burger section holds at $14.99 through most of it. The Dublin Burger carries pepper jack, bacon, grilled mushrooms and onions with hot sauce. The Paddy Melt is grilled onions, Swiss and Thousand Island on marbled rye. The Hangover Burger takes an over-easy egg, tots, bacon, boom boom and Swiss. A Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger sits between two grilled cheeses, a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger takes smoked cheddar and onion straws, and Build Your Own runs $13.99.
Jumbo wings price traditional at 9.99, 17.99 and 25.99 for six, twelve and eighteen, and boneless at 8.99, 15.99 and 22.99. Sauces run to nineteen — Mild, Hot, Buffalo Cajun, Hot Garlic, Habanero Mango, Spicy Thai Chili, Mike's Hot Honey, Caribbean Jerk, Teriyaki, BBQ, Honey BBQ, Garlic, Creamy Garlic Parmesan, Honey Mustard, Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Buffalo Ranch, Johnny J's Secret and Scorpion — with Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Mesquite BBQ as dry rubs. That is set out at length on the wings page.
One note on completeness, because it is the honest thing to write. The printed file for this kitchen exists, but the typed extraction of it matches the shared card item for item, and nothing has been added here that could not be read cleanly off the page. If you have eaten something at Pearl Road that is not listed, it is a gap in what could be transcribed, not a dish that was removed. Ask at the bar.
Two other cards sit alongside this one: a weekday lunch card between 11:30am and 2pm built on create-your-own combos, and a weekend brunch service running 10am until 3pm both Saturday and Sunday.
The daily board rewrites some of the prices above. Monday drops boneless wings to 69¢. Tuesday takes two dollars off burgers. Wednesday from 5pm is Girls' Night Out at $29.99 for a flatbread, two Caesar side salads and two house wines or martinis. Thursday is steak and chop, Friday is the $14.99 fish fry. All of it is dine-in, needs a beverage bought alongside, and does not travel — the specials page has the terms in full.
Collection through the Strongsville Toast page; delivery is recorded here and both Uber Eats and DoorDash carry the address. Because each pub has its own Toast listing and its own printed card, an order raised against another location cooks from that location's menu.
