Happy hour in Medina runs Monday to Friday, 2pm to 5pm. Five appetizers, five cocktails and five beers are five dollars each, as printed.
Fifteen things at five dollars, on a card that runs weekday afternoons only — not weekends, whatever the rest of the week looks like.
What follows is the printed card and nothing else. If a beer on it has run out or a pour has changed, the bar will tell you faster than this page can.

Two in the afternoon to five, Monday through Friday. Fifteen items at five dollars: five appetizers, five cocktails, five beers. It does not run on Saturday or Sunday, which catches people out more than anything else on this page.
The appetizer side is Mozzarella Sticks, fried and dusted with garlic parmesan rub and sent out with marinara and house-made chips; Cod Bites, hand-battered with fries and boom boom sauce; Fried Pickle Spears with chipotle ranch; Classic Potato Skins under melted cheddar and bacon with sour cream; and Loaded Potato Chips topped with queso, diced tomato, scallion and bacon.
The cocktail side is a Cosmopolitan on Wheatley Vodka with triple sec, lime and cranberry; a Honey Mint Mojito on Cruzan Rum with local honey, fresh lime and soda; a French Martini on Wheatley Vodka with Chambord and pineapple; a Malibu Sunset on Parrot Bay with orange, pineapple and grenadine; and a Pink Señorita on Corazon Silver with grapefruit, cranberry and mint.
The beer side is Angry Orchard, Rhinegeist Truth, Stella and Blue Moon in sixteen ounces, and Guinness in twenty. Five dollars each, same as the rest of the card.
This is the one part of the week that is genuinely identical across all four pubs — the $5-for-$5 card is a brand card, not a Medina card. What differs is the room you drink it in and the kitchen behind it, which runs the April 2026 main menu here.
Everything on this card is dine-in, requires a drink to be bought alongside, and does not stack with another offer. Those terms are printed on the card itself. If you want the weekday board that sits alongside it — Monday wings, Tuesday burgers, Wednesday appetizers, Thursday steak — that is on the specials page, and it runs on different hours to this.
Happy hour is a bar-side thing; you take a seat and order from a bartender. The full menu keeps running throughout, and if you would rather eat at home, the Medina Toast page handles collection while Uber Eats and DoorDash handle delivery.
Doors at ten in the morning, happy hour from two until five on weekdays, kitchen until two the following morning. Arriving at half past four still gets you half an hour of the card.
