Strongsville serves traditional and boneless wings across nineteen house sauces and four dry rubs, with 69¢ boneless every Monday.
Two more sauces and one more rub than the lakes room, on a card this kitchen prints for itself.
Johnny J's Pub & Grille, Strongsville's wings — traditional or boneless (6/12/18) in 19 house sauces and 4 dry rubs, exactly as the printed menu lists them. 69¢ boneless every Monday.

Nineteen house sauces and four dry rubs, traditional or boneless, by the six, twelve or eighteen. Boneless are 8.99, 15.99 and 22.99, and 69¢ each on a Monday. The board is printed on this room's own April 2026 card.
The full sauce list is Mild, Hot, Buffalo Cajun, Hot Garlic, Habanero Mango, Spicy Thai Chili, Mike's Hot Honey, Caribbean Jerk, Teriyaki, BBQ, Honey BBQ, Garlic, Creamy Garlic Parmesan, Honey Mustard, Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Buffalo Ranch, Johnny J's Secret and Scorpion. Four dry rubs sit behind it: Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Mesquite BBQ.
Three of those are worth calling out for anyone who has eaten Johnny J's wings further south. Mike's Hot Honey, Caribbean Jerk and Creamy Garlic Parmesan are printed here and are not printed at Portage Lakes, and neither is the Mesquite BBQ rub. Going the other way, the Irish Dew that the lakes kitchen carries does not exist on this card. Nineteen and four against seventeen and three is the whole of the difference.
The kitchen does not publish a heat scale for any of them. Scorpion is printed last, which is the only signal the card gives, and a numeric ranking invented for a web page would be a worse guide than a bartender. Ask, and ask for a taste on the side if a table is nervous.
A dry rub is worth considering if wings are the second thing you are eating rather than the first. The four rubs give most of the flavour without the sauce, which matters when the table already has a flatbread on it.
For a group, the practical note is that ordering three different sauces across three twelves is easier to split than a single eighteen, and it is the same food either way. Whether the kitchen will split sauces within a single basket is a question for whoever takes the order rather than something printed on the card.
One recorded point about this room specifically: Google files the address as a Restaurant as well as a Sports bar, which none of the other three are. That is the company's own classification of its own address rather than a review, and it is the only published signal about how the room is laid out. What the seating actually looks like on the night is a question for 440-901-1799.
Traditional wings are 9.99 for six, 17.99 for twelve and 25.99 for eighteen. Boneless are 8.99, 15.99 and 22.99 at the same counts — the standard group pricing, and fifty cents a basket above Portage Lakes, which prints 8.49, 15.49 and 22.49.
Monday drops boneless to 69¢ each, a price the group has carried since December 2018. It is dine-in, needs a beverage bought with it and does not stack. On a Wednesday from 5pm, wings sit alongside Girls' Night Out rather than being part of it — that set menu is a flatbread deal, not a wing deal, and the two are separate. The specials page has both.
At the bar, at a table, or ahead through the Strongsville Toast page. Delivery is recorded at this address, so Uber Eats and DoorDash both work. Wings come sauced unless you say otherwise. The rest of the kitchen is on the menu page.
