Springfield Township cooks the April 2026 main card. Medina cooks the same one. Manchester Road and Pearl Road each print a card of their own, so a plate you remember from another Johnny J's may be priced differently or may not exist.
The shareables board is built for a table rather than a person. Reuben Rolls, $10.99, house-made corned beef with sauerkraut, Swiss and Thousand Island. Loaded Pub Fries or Tots, $9.99, under nacho cheese, bacon and green onion. Mile High Nachos, $13.99, with grilled chicken or chili. Buffalo Chicken Dip, $11.99, with tortilla or pita chips. A Bavarian Pretzel at $11.99 arrives with queso, honey mustard and stadium mustard, and a Blackened Quesadilla at $12.99 carries cheddar jack, grilled chicken and peppers.
Burgers and handhelds hold at $14.99 across the range. The Dublin Burger takes pepper jack, bacon, grilled mushrooms and onions with hot sauce. The Paddy Melt goes onto marbled rye. The Hangover Burger stacks an over-easy egg, tots, bacon, boom boom and Swiss. A Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger sits between two grilled cheeses with a special sauce, a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger brings smoked cheddar and onion straws, and Build Your Own is $13.99 with your choice of cheese, sauce and toppings.
Jumbo wings are the card's centrepiece. Traditional prices at 9.99, 17.99 and 25.99 for six, twelve and eighteen; boneless at 8.99, 15.99 and 22.99. Nineteen house sauces cover Mild, Hot, Buffalo Cajun, Hot Garlic, Habanero Mango, Spicy Thai Chili, Mike's Hot Honey, Caribbean Jerk, Teriyaki, BBQ, Honey BBQ, Garlic, Creamy Garlic Parmesan, Honey Mustard, Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Buffalo Ranch, Johnny J's Secret and Scorpion. Four dry rubs follow: Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Mesquite BBQ. The wings page works through it properly.
A weekday lunch menu runs 11:30am to 2pm with create-your-own combos, and the weekend brunch card takes over 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Prices above are the printed list. The daily board moves several of them — boneless wings to 69¢ on Monday, two dollars off burgers on Tuesday, $6 select appetizers on Wednesday, a Thursday steak and chop night, and the Friday fish fry at $14.99. Board prices are dine-in, need a beverage bought alongside, and come without a to-go container. Full detail sits on the specials page.
Collection is through the Waterloo Road Toast page — the one link in the group that spells the street address out, which makes it hard to open the wrong pub by mistake. Delivery is recorded at this address, and both Uber Eats and DoorDash carry it.
