Wings on Waterloo Road come traditional or boneless across nineteen house sauces and four dry rubs. Boneless are 69¢ on Mondays.
Nineteen sauces is more choice than most people want to make standing at a bar, so here is the board arranged the way you would actually order from it.
Johnny J's Pub & Grille, Springfield's wings — traditional or boneless (6/12/18) in 19 house sauces and 4 dry rubs, exactly as the printed menu lists them. 69¢ boneless every Monday.

Nineteen house sauces, four dry rubs, traditional or boneless, ordered by the six, twelve or eighteen. Monday takes boneless to 69¢ each. Everything here is read off the April 2026 card this kitchen prints.
Scorpion is printed last on the card and that is the only ranking the kitchen publishes.
If you order by sweetness, the run is Mike's Hot Honey, Honey BBQ, BBQ, Teriyaki and Caribbean Jerk. Habanero Mango is the one name on the printed board that puts a chilli and a fruit in the same sauce.
If you would rather avoid heat altogether, the cooler half of the board is Garlic, Creamy Garlic Parmesan, Honey Mustard, Ranch, Chipotle Ranch and Buffalo Ranch. Johnny J's Secret sits outside all three groups and the recipe is not printed.
Then the four dry rubs: Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Mesquite BBQ. A rub keeps the skin dry and the fingers cleaner, which matters more at a bar than at a table.
One more thing the card settles: wings here are jumbo, and they are printed as a section of their own rather than as a starter, which is why a twelve-count is closer to a meal than a shareable. Order accordingly if the table has already put a Bavarian Pretzel and a plate of Loaded Pub Fries down in front of itself.
This is the same nineteen-and-four board that Medina prints, because the two rooms share the April 2026 card. It is not the board at Manchester Road, which runs seventeen and three, carries an Irish Dew that this kitchen does not stock, and leaves off Mike's Hot Honey, Caribbean Jerk, Creamy Garlic Parmesan and the Mesquite rub entirely.
Traditional wings price at 9.99 for six, 17.99 for twelve and 25.99 for eighteen. Boneless are 8.99, 15.99 and 22.99 for the same counts. Every Monday boneless drop to 69¢ each — a price first announced in December 2018 and still printed in 2026.
The Monday price is a dine-in arrangement: a beverage has to be bought with it, there are no to-go containers, and it will not combine with another offer. Later in the week, Wednesday puts six-dollar select appetizers on the table alongside a wing order, which is the cheapest way to feed four people here. The specials page has the rest of the board.
At the bar, at a table, or ahead through the Waterloo Road Toast page. Delivery is recorded at this address, so Uber Eats and DoorDash are both real options. Wings arrive sauced unless you ask for the sauce on the side, and mixing two sauces across a twelve is a question for whoever takes the order rather than a printed policy. The rest of the card is on the menu page.
Kitchen from 10am to 2am, seven days.
Two narrower cards sit inside that. Weekdays carry a lunch window between 11:30am and 2pm built on create-your-own combos, and happy hour fills the gap straight after it, 2pm to 5pm, at fifteen items for five dollars each. Weekend mornings belong to brunch, 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday, and the printed brunch card stops half an hour before a major game or event — so an early kickoff means a shorter brunch and an earlier wing order.
