Weekdays only, 2pm to 5pm, fifteen items at five dollars apiece. Doors here open at eleven, so there are three hours of ordinary trading before the card starts — worth knowing if you were planning a long lunch into it.
Five appetizers come in at the price: Mozzarella Sticks dusted with garlic parmesan rub and sent out with marinara and house chips; Cod Bites, hand-battered, with fries and boom boom sauce; Fried Pickle Spears with chipotle ranch; Classic Potato Skins with melted cheddar, bacon and sour cream; and Loaded Potato Chips under queso, diced tomato, scallion and bacon.
Five cocktails match them. A Cosmopolitan on Wheatley Vodka with triple sec, lime and cranberry. A Honey Mint Mojito on Cruzan Rum with local honey, lime and soda. A French Martini on Wheatley with Chambord and pineapple. A Malibu Sunset on Parrot Bay with orange, pineapple and grenadine. A Pink Señorita on Corazon Silver with grapefruit, cranberry and mint.
Five beers finish it: Angry Orchard, Rhinegeist Truth, Stella and Blue Moon at sixteen ounces, Guinness at twenty.
That card is a brand card and it is the one part of this pub that is not different from the others. What is different is what sits either side of it — the kitchen behind the bar runs the July 2026 menu with seventeen sauces, the Tuesday deal is a flat $9.99 burger, and on a Tuesday the happy hour rolls into a 7pm trivia night that no other Johnny J's has.
Happy hour is dine-in, needs a drink bought with it, and will not stack with another offer. It is a separate thing from the weekday board, which runs on its own hours and is set out on the specials page. On a Monday the two overlap usefully: 69¢ boneless wings and a five-dollar Guinness is not a hard afternoon to justify.

Eleven to half past two, seven days. Happy hour is the 2pm to 5pm slice of that, Monday to Friday. Arriving at quarter to five still buys you fifteen minutes of the card.
