Irish Dew is the one to talk about first, because it is the only sauce in the group that exists at a single address. It is printed on this card and on no other card at any of the four pubs. What it tastes like is not something the kitchen has published, and this page is not going to describe a flavour it has no source for — ask at the bar, and ask for a taste on the side if you are unsure.
Chipotle Ranch and Buffalo Ranch cover the cooler end alongside plain Ranch, Garlic and Honey Mustard. Teriyaki, BBQ and Honey BBQ handle sweet and smoky. Johnny J's Secret sits on its own and stays unexplained.
Three dry rubs back them up: Cajun, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. The Mesquite BBQ rub that the April 2026 card carries is not stocked here, and neither are Mike's Hot Honey, Caribbean Jerk or Creamy Garlic Parmesan. Seventeen and three against nineteen and four is the whole difference, and it goes in both directions.
That matters more than it sounds. If somebody sent you here for a Mike's Hot Honey wing they were thinking of a different building — Medina or Springfield Township prints that one. If you have only ever had Johnny J's wings elsewhere, Irish Dew is the reason to order something unfamiliar tonight.
How hot any of it runs is not published on a scale anywhere, and a number invented for a web page would be worse than no number. Scorpion is printed last, which is the only ordering signal the card gives.

On a Monday boneless drop to 69¢ each, a price that has been on the group's cards since December 2018.
